We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Sales Executive to join our growing jewelry business. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales understanding, and experience handling online customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Alibaba, Etsy, website, and email
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Share product details, quotations, and pricing professionally
- Follow up with clients regarding samples, production, and payments
- Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain regular communication
- Coordinate with the production team for order updates
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in online sales or jewelry industry preferred
- Knowledge of gemstones, silver jewelry, brass jewelry, or custom jewelry is a plus
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and social media handling
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
