Job Title: Intern – Endorsement & Cancellation Team

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate on a daily basis with insurers and dealer partners for endorsement and cancellation-related requests.
2. Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders for closure and resolution.
3. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational dashboards on a regular basis.
4. Update and manage data across internal systems, insurer portals, and company dashboards.
5. Monitor case status and ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.
6. Assist in preparing operational reports and performance summaries for management review.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of endorsements and cancellations.
8. Respond to emails and maintain professional communication with insurers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
i) Good verbal and written communication skills.
ii) Proficiency in email drafting and professional correspondence.
iii) Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and data management.
iv) Ability to work with multiple portals, dashboards, and operational systems.
v) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive operational tasks accurately.
vi) Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Outlook.
3. Good analytical and organizational skills.
4. Ability to prepare reports and maintain data accuracy.
5. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Eligibility:
1. Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
2. Basic understanding of operations, insurance processes, or customer coordination will be an added advantage.
3. Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance operations domain.
Pay: ₹8,298.47 - ₹15,000.00 per month
