Job Description
GAJ Group, a reputed real estate developer with 40+ years of legacy, is hiring a Sales Executive for residential plotting, weekend villa, and farmhouse projects located around Vadodara.
The role involves lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing property sales while achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, brokers, digital platforms, and networking
- Handle client inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead conversion
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales / property sales / direct sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits
Preferred Skills
- Experience in land, plotting, villa, or farmhouse sales
- Knowledge of Vadodara real estate market
- Existing broker or investor network is an advantage

Work Schedule
- 6 days working (1 rotational week off)
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
