- This is a property valuation office.
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare property valuation reports, letters, presentations, and other office documents.
- Process invoices, maintain records, and support basic accounting functions.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, and courier services.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint(optional)) and email applications.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
