Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced TPA & Insurance Professional to work with us on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in health insurance coordination, cashless approvals, reimbursement processing, claim settlements, and TPA management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies.
- Handle cashless authorization and claim processing.
- Follow up on pending approvals and claim settlements.
- Assist hospitals and patients with insurance-related documentation.
- Maintain professional communication with insurance companies and TPAs.
- Support reimbursement claim processes when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in TPA, health insurance, or hospital insurance operations.
- Strong understanding of cashless and reimbursement claim procedures.
- Experience handling multiple insurance companies and TPAs.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cases efficiently.
- Existing network within hospitals, TPAs, or insurance companies will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
