We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural plans, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and detailed construction documents.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Review material specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Present design proposals and modifications to clients for approval.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
