Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized IT Project Manager to lead and manage software development and web development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple IT and web development projects.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and track performance and productivity.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates for management.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, software development, or web development projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
