Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure high standards of customer experience
- Oversee inventory coordination and store presentation
- Handle CRM follow-ups and conversions
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in furniture or premium retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
