Remote Telecaller – HNI & Real Estate Agent Acquisition (XOTO)
We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Telecaller to work remotely and support XOTO's growth by engaging two key audiences:
- High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) interested in Dubai real estate investment opportunities.
- Real Estate Agents and Channel Partners for onboarding into the XOTO partner network.
This is a high-volume outbound calling role where your primary objective is to identify qualified prospects, generate interest, and schedule follow-up conversations for our sales and partnership teams.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to HNI and real estate agent databases provided by XOTO.
- Introduce XOTO's value proposition confidently and professionally.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and identify genuine interest.
- Handle basic objections and answer initial questions using the provided scripts and training.
- Schedule meetings or callbacks for the business development team where applicable.
- Maintain accurate call notes and update the CRM/Google Sheets after every interaction.
- Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.

Deliverables
- Daily call report including calls made, connected calls, outcomes, and remarks.
- Qualified HNI and agent lead list with verified contact details, interest level, and next action.
- Weekly performance summary covering:
- Total calls made
- Connections established
- Qualified HNI leads
- Qualified agent leads
- Meetings or demos scheduled
- Key observations and feedback from prospects
Qualification Criteria
A lead will be considered qualified when:
- Contact details are verified.
- The prospect matches XOTO's target profile (HNI investor or real estate agent).
- The prospect expresses genuine interest in learning more, receiving additional information, or scheduling a discussion with our team.
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, telesales, or inside sales.
- Comfortable speaking with affluent individuals, business owners, and real estate professionals.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop, and calling setup.
- Experience in real estate, financial services, investments, or luxury products is an added advantage.
