- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle for weekend homes, villas, and plotted developments.
- Ensure smooth execution of booking documentation, agreements, collections, registration, and possession processes.
- Monitor customer payment schedules and coordinate timely collections.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and escalations while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, projects, and registration teams for seamless customer service.
- Ensure compliance with RERA requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data management systems.
- Provide regular project updates, payment reminders, and possession communications to customers.
- Oversee registration, handover, and post-possession support activities.
- Prepare MIS reports related to collections, customer status, registrations, and possession.
- Lead and manage the CRM team to achieve customer service and collection targets.
- Drive customer retention, referrals, and relationship-building initiatives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
