About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our large-scale warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse administration, logistics coordination, team leadership, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of goods.
- Plan and supervise receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation activities.
- Implement warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, supervisors, and loaders.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods to retail outlets and customers.
- Maintain warehouse records, reports, and MIS.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Control stock loss, damages, and shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Experience handling large warehouses with high stock volumes.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
