We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft D365 CRM Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, exceptional architectural capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions, particularly in Sales and Marketing modules.
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Design and implement customizations, including:
- Plugins
- Workflows
- Power Automate flows
- Custom APIs and integrations
Architect and implement integrations with external systems using:
- Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware platforms
Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, data security, and governance compliance.
Establish and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and DevOps best practices.
Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and solution validation processes.
Drive adoption and implementation of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas Apps).
Support upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and architectural issues.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong expertise in:
- D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Dataverse and plugin development
- Power Platform
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and integration frameworks.
Deep understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, and security principles.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Strong knowledge of:
- RESTful services
- Event-driven architecture
- Microservices architecture
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certifications such as:
- Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- Power Platform Architect certifications
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Exposure to SAFe / Agile delivery models.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ALM strategies, and automated deployments.
Experience integrating with third-party systems such as ERP platforms or payment gateways.
