Client Servicing Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & capability)

Job Role: Client Servicing Executive (Packaging Industry)
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can act as a single point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth order execution from enquiry to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination
Understand client requirements related to:
Box type, size, material, finish, quantity, and timelines
Coordinate with:
Sales team
Design & pre-press
Sampling
Production & dispatch
Share timely updates with clients on samples, approvals, and deliveries
Ensure accuracy in job details before production
Handle minor client escalations professionally
Maintain order trackers, job cards, and communication logs
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Experience in packaging / printing / manufacturing industry
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)
Good command over Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple jobs under deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
Experience Preferred
1–4 years in client servicing / coordination role
Experience handling brands, agencies, or corporate clients is an advantage
Knowledge of rigid boxes, mono cartons, or gifting packaging preferred
