Job Description
We are looking for a Guidewire Module Lead with strong hands-on development expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications to lead module-level delivery and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead module development and customization in Guidewire applications
Develop Guidewire components including UI, workflows, business rules, and integrations
Coordinate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Support troubleshooting, defect fixes, and root cause analysis
Drive sprint planning and task tracking in Agile teams
Ensure application performance, stability, and successful delivery
Required Skills
8–12 years of IT experience
5+ years of Guidewire development experience
Strong expertise in PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter
Hands-on experience with Gosu, Java, SQL
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and batch processing
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket
Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred
Guidewire certifications preferred
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain
Pay: ₹783,099.53 - ₹2,030,792.32 per year
