The Special Educator at Ramagya School - N. Core outcomes include: (1) Demonstrated improvement in student learning outcomes through documented progress assessments, (2) Delivery of curriculum coverage aligned to school standards with 95%+ lesson completion rate, (3) Quality formative and summative assessments conducted at prescribed frequency with actionable feedback, (4) Measurable parent satisfaction reflected through communication logs and feedback mechanisms, (5) Consistent classroom discipline maintained through proactive behavior management systems, and (6) Active contribution to co-curricular programs and school initiatives.
Key responsibilities encompass: administering diagnostic and progress monitoring assessments; designing and implementing individualized learning plans with measurable objectives; maintaining detailed records of student achievement and intervention effectiveness; communicating student progress to parents through structured reporting cycles; managing classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and documented strategies; collaborating with mainstream teachers and support staff for inclusive practices; and participating in school events and enrichment activities as assigned.
