Job Overview
We Promote is looking for a Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Coordinate with clients to understand goals and provide regular campaign updates.
- Oversee social media marketing activities and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
