Job Summary
Satisfaction Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations at our plant in BRG Industrial Park, Indore. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, optimizing manpower utilization, achieving productivity targets, and ensuring product quality and timely production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain production records, reports, and performance data.
- Train and guide production operators to improve performance and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing operations and production supervision.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and productivity improvement.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage shop-floor activities and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
