About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Executive to support our human resources operations. This role is central to attracting top talent, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and leave management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and track completion
- Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
- Assist in developing and rolling out HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role
- Solid understanding of HR functions and labor legislation
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Nice to Have
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD)
- Experience with HRIS implementation or process improvement
- Exposure to a fast-paced or high-growth environment
