Your Role
- Connect with and onboard colleges, universities, and student communities
- Build strong relationships with TPOs, placement cells, and student leaders
- Plan and execute high-conversion webinars, workshops, and events
- Drive student registrations, engagement, and revenue
- Execute outreach through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and digital campaigns
- Ensure repeat collaborations and long-term college partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams to maximize conversions and campaign success
Who Should Apply
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or business development
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and conversions
- Experience in college outreach, events, or student engagement is a strong advantage
- Highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused
