Job Description
We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles, including RPA, QA, Automation, and Development positions.
Freshers with internship experience in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills
- 0–1 year experience in IT / Technical Recruitment (freshers welcome)
- Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment

Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered
Notice Period: Maximum 15–20 days
