Job Title: Admin Assistant (HR Department)

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant will support the HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves maintaining records, assisting in HR processes, coordinating with employees, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR in maintaining employee records and documentation
- Handle joining and exit formalities (documentation, asset coordination, etc.)
- Support payroll inputs like attendance, leave data, and basic employee details
- Maintain and update HR databases and MIS reports
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee asset allocation (laptop, phone, etc.)
- Manage office supplies and general administrative work
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Support HR in compliance and audit-related documentation
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Qualification:
- Graduate (any stream)
- MBA / PG in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin role
