Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning and scheduling across all departments.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization (printing, lamination, slitting, etc.).
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory planning and control.
- Drive process improvements to reduce wastage and downtime.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and KPIs.
- Lead and guide the PPC team.
- To map production vis-a-vis target.
