- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Account Growth: Identify client needs and recommend relevant product or service upgrades to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Issue Resolution: Act as an internal client advocate, promptly addressing complaints and coordinating with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze account metrics, prepare status reports, and schedule regular check-ins to review goals and strategies.
- Contract Management: Lead the contract renewal process, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
