Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Device42 administration or similar CMDB/DCIM tools
- Strong understanding of:
- IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with:
- Auto-discovery tools and protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, APIs)
- IPAM and DNS/DHCP concepts
- REST APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Asset Management)
- Understanding of ITSM Tools - Jira & Service Now.
- Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
