Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day Business operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced business environment, has strong expertise in accounting and Compliance and can provide valuable financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, and cash transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and ensure compliance with all statutory and tax regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash collection verification, and vendor account reconciliation
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, and stock reconciliation processes
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure timely transactions
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal management teams
- Track retail cash flow, daily sales reports, and financial performance indicators
- Identify process improvements and support efficient financial controls within the business
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail or relevant industry
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and other accounting software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
