Key Responsibilities
Production & Sampling
- Supervise production and sampling activities from concept to final execution.
- Coordinate with karigars, tailors, embroidery units, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain brand standards across all garments.
- Assist in fabric, trims, and embellishment sourcing as required.
Design & Execution
- Work closely with the Senior Designer on collection development and custom orders.
- Oversee garment fittings and implement necessary alterations.
- Ensure accurate execution of design specifications and measurements.
- Coordinate with design assistants and production teams to streamline workflow.
Client & Sales Management
- Attend walk-in clients and conduct bridal consultations.
- Handle virtual appointments and customer communication professionally.
- Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Take measurements and manage client trials and fittings.
- Provide styling guidance and ensure a premium client experience.
Order Management
- Track all client orders from booking to delivery.
- Maintain order records, production updates, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate between clients, production teams, and management to ensure smooth execution.
Studio Operations
- Manage day-to-day studio workflow and task allocation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Maintain organization of samples, fittings, and production schedules.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Indian bridal wear, couture, or luxury fashion.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, embroidery techniques, and production processes.
- Experience coordinating with karigars, tailors, and production teams.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
