About Role :
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing company assets, coordinating with vendors, and keeping workplace operations efficient and hassle-free. From procuring laptops and office equipment to handling repairs, facility concerns, and inventory management, you'll play a key role in supporting our teams and enabling smooth business operations.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end management of company assets including laptops, accessories, and office equipment.
- Coordinating repairs, servicing, upgrades, and replacements of assets.
- Working closely with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support requirements.
- Negotiating pricing, service terms, and ensuring timely vendor deliveries.
- Resolving employee-reported facility and office-related issues.
- Managing housekeeping supplies, office consumables, and operational purchases.
- Maintaining accurate asset records, trackers, inventories, and reports.
- Leveraging Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Admin, Operations, Facilities, Procurement, Asset Management, or similar functions.
- Strong coordination, vendor management, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and gets things done.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing laptops and IT assets.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for laptops and office equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, priorities, and vendors simultaneously.
