Job Summary:
We are looking for an Auto Coner Operator to operate and monitor auto coner machines in the spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for yarn winding, maintaining yarn quality, and ensuring smooth machine operations. Freshers and candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor auto coner/winding machines
- Ensure proper yarn winding and package quality
- Check yarn defects, breakages, and clear faults regularly
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance activities
- Achieve daily production targets as assigned
- Report machine issues to the maintenance team
- Follow safety and quality standards in the production area
- Maintain proper handling of yarn packages and materials
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of auto coner or winding machine operations
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to quality and production details
- Physically fit to work in factory environment
Qualification:
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- 1 to 2 years of experience in auto coner or winding section is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
