Job Description
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, and process routings accurately
- Perform machine offsets, work coordinate settings, tool length compensation, and minor program edits
- Execute first-off part inspection and make necessary corrections before batch production
- Monitor in-process dimensions using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM, etc.)
- Select appropriate cutting tools and inserts; monitor tool life and replace as needed
- Maintain process parameters (speeds, feeds, depth of cut) to achieve dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances or deviations to the supervisor promptly
- Support setup for complex fixturing and work-holding arrangements
- Maintain 5S standards, machine cleanliness, and a safe working environment
- Follow and document Quality Management System (QMS) procedures including job cards and inspection records
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
