Job Description: Social Media Executive
Qualification: Any graduate / BBA / B.Com / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years (agency or in-house experience is a plus)
Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will support the planning, creation, publishing, monitoring, and reporting of social media content and campaigns across platforms, helping strengthen brand presence and engagement online.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, trends, and business objectives.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement; respond or escalate appropriately.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative assets and visuals.
- Help execute organic and paid social campaigns to grow reach, engagement, and followership.
- Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and prepare regular reports with insights.
- Stay updated on social trends, new platform features, and best practices to enhance strategy.
- Assist in basic graphic/video content creation using tools like Canva or Adobe (if required).
