Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3+yrs of strong experience in IT sales and international business development. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying new business opportunities, handling global clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for IT services and solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in global markets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports regularly.
- Participate in international client calls and virtual meetings across different time zones.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT sales and international sales/business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling international clients, especially US/UK/UAE/APAC markets, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales and offshore project acquisition.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS sales is an added advantage.
