Job Summary
Ode Spa is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Tele Caller) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking appointments, explaining spa services, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain spa services, offers, packages, and membership details to customers.
Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to enhance engagement.
Maintain accurate customer databases and call records.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth appointment management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Shift Timings
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
Weekly off will be provided on a weekday.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage.
