Job Description: Growth Consultant – Digital Marketing
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Growth Consultant – Digital Marketing to help businesses grow by recommending and selling digital marketing solutions. The role involves understanding client needs, consulting on growth strategies, and driving sales of services such as SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and other digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Understand clients' business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.
- Consult clients on services including SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Website Development, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, ORM, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and online meetings.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project handover.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Business Development, Growth Consulting, or B2B Sales.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and online business growth strategies.
- Strong communication, consulting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and consultative selling.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to understand business challenges and recommend growth-focused solutions.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
