Role Overview
The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing patients, guiding them through treatment inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination for their visit. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to build long-term relationships that contribute to the clinic’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with incoming patient inquiries received via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Educate patients about available dental services, treatments, and offers as per their concern.
- Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure patient conversions.
- Maintain a structured database of interactions and update patient records regularly.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure patients receive a smooth experience from inquiry to visit.
- Achieve monthly conversion and outreach targets.
- Actively contribute to business development initiatives to enhance patient footfall.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and conversation-handling skills. (Fluency in English Most important)
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Patient, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Good command over English & Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / Google Sheets).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Experience: 0–5 years (Healthcare or Customer Interaction experience preferred, but not mandatory)
- Location: Lucknow
