Job Description: Travel Sales Executive
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication and sales skills, and be capable of creating customized travel experiences for clients while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
* Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing excellent customer service.
* Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Maintain customer records and booking details in the company system.
* Stay updated with travel destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or travel consulting.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
* Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
* Strong sales and upselling skills.
* Fluency in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
