We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers & experienced candidates to join our recruitment team as a US Technical Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice & other platforms
- Understand client requirements and match suitable profiles
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Eligibility:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- B.E / B.Tech (CSE, IT, AI&ML, ECE, EEE)
- MCA, M.Sc CS, Data Science & related technical degrees
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge in IT technologies (Java, Python, AWS, SQL)
