Manager Mechanical Maintenance (Boisar)
Qualification : Diploma / BE / B. Tech in mechanical
Total Experience : 15 to 20 years
Industry : Pharma / API / Chemical
Heading department at least for 2years
Roles & Responsibility :
1) Monitor Breakdown & preventive maintenance of Equipment’s installed in the premises. 2) Mainly responsible for looking after maintenance dept., electrical department utility dept., instrumentation dept., for their smoothly working
.3) Ensure safety norms to be followed at all time.
4) Plan & schedule preventive maintenance activities for Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
5) Monitor to break down maintenance immediately & ensure Minimum down time
.6) Control maintenance budget, to achieve minimum required stock with minimum cost.
7) Establish preventive and periodic maintenance plan consider the production plan and to ensure a good machinery performance and to minimize break down.
8) Arrange necessary spares for Mechanical Maintenance tasks and Managing inventory levels.
9) Controlling spares for Mechanical Maintenance tasks and managing inventory levels.
10) Planning and implementing modifications and improvements for cost reduction and productivity gains
.11) Implementation of GMP practices.
12) Audit experience for GMP audits.
13) Qualification knowledge DQ, IQ, OQ, AHU etc.14) Designing and applying appropriate project management.15) Planning and monitoring the project.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
