Job Title: ITI Fitter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled ITI Fitter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Assemble, fit, and install mechanical parts and machinery.
- Perform maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Inspect equipment for faults and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Replace worn or damaged machine parts.
- Ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting and maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance.
- Welding or fabrication experience (preferred).
- Teamwork and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are welcome (depending on the organization).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
