We are looking for an experienced and resolt-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate shoold have a strong background in IT sales, lead generation, online bidding, and client acquisition through various bidding platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities through various online bidding portals and lead generation platforms.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for web development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and other IT services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Business Development within the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience working with moltiple online bidding portals such as:
- Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Sound understanding of website development, mobile applications, software development, and digital marketing services.
- Ability to independently handle international clients and close deals.
