Job Responsibilities
- Generate business data from scratch through online research.
- Research companies, industries and business information.
- Identify relevant companies and decision-makers according to assigned requirements.
- Collect, verify and organize business information.
- Build and maintain accurate databases.
- Use online research platforms and tools for data collection.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Complete assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all data collected.
- Follow company SOPs, processes, quality standards and policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good internet research and information-finding skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to collect and verify information accurately.
- Comfortable working with repetitive, research-oriented and target-based tasks.
- Good communication and learning ability.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined approach to work.
Important Employment Terms
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Initial Month: Leave during the first month is generally not permitted, except for genuine emergencies or situations approved according to company policy.
- After the initial month, leave and attendance will be governed by the company's applicable leave and attendance policies.
- All employees are required to follow company policies, SOPs, attendance requirements, quality standards and work procedures.
- Performance, productivity, accuracy, attendance and discipline will be evaluated during the probation period.
About the Role
This is a research and data-generation position focused on building business databases from scratch.
The role involves online research, company research, data collection, data verification and database building. It does not require programming or software development skills.
Candidates should be interested in B2B data research and lead-generation operations and be comfortable working toward daily targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
