Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute a roadmap to achieve 500,000+ monthly organic visitors within 12–18 months
- Identify high-intent keyword opportunities across AI, SaaS, CRM, ERP, HRTech, Healthcare, Insurance, Pharma, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Fintech, Automotive, Sales Automation, Lead Generation, AI SDR, Cold Outreach, Sales Engagement, Pipeline Management, and other verticals
- Develop category, product, feature, comparison, use case, industry, integration, competitor, glossary, and alternative pages for both QuantumBot and SalesBot
- Build scalable SEO growth loops through content clusters and internal linking
- Create and own quarterly SEO growth plans with traffic, ranking, and lead-generation targets
Technical SEO
- Lead technical SEO audits and ensure flawless execution
- Improve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data, schema markup, and site architecture
- Work closely with developers to fix issues related to:
- Crawl depth
- Duplicate content
- Canonicalization
- Redirects
- Broken links
- JavaScript rendering
- XML sitemaps
- Robots.txt
- International SEO
- Mobile-first indexing
- Ensure all web pages are technically optimized for search engines and user experience
- Manage SEO for large-scale websites with thousands of landing pages
- Implement programmatic SEO strategies and templates
Content SEO
- Build SEO-driven content strategy aligned with business goals
- Define content briefs, keyword clusters, content structure, and on-page SEO standards
- Lead a team of SEO executives, content writers, and editors
- Ensure content is optimized for search intent, conversions, and topical authority
- Build large-scale landing page systems for industries, locations, features, and use cases
Analytics & Reporting
- Own SEO reporting and dashboards for leadership
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, backlinks, technical issues, page performance, and revenue contribution
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools
- Present weekly and monthly updates to leadership with clear action plans
- Forecast SEO traffic growth and ROI based on content and technical investments
Team Leadership
- Build and lead an in-house SEO team including:
- Technical SEO specialists
- Content SEO managers
- Link-building specialists
- Writers and editors
- Hire, mentor, and manage performance of SEO team members
- Create SEO SOPs, workflows, checklists, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams
Required Experience
- 8+ years of SEO experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of growing a website from near-zero traffic to 500K+ monthly organic traffic
- Strong technical SEO expertise with hands-on experience
- Deep understanding of:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Sitebulb
- Looker Studio
- WordPress
- Webflow
- Headless CMS
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic SQL
- Experience with programmatic SEO, schema markup, large-scale internal linking, and enterprise SEO
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and site speed optimization
- Experience managing developers for SEO implementation
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS SEO, product-led growth SEO, and SaaS buying-intent keyword strategies
- Strong understanding of SEO for sales technology products such as AI SDRs, CRM tools, sales automation platforms, lead generation tools, sales intelligence, and outbound automation platforms
- Experience building topical authority and content clusters
- Proven success with link building and digital PR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SaaS, AI, CRM, ERP, or B2B technology companies
- Experience ranking highly competitive commercial keywords
- Experience with international SEO and multi-location SEO
- Experience building SEO teams from scratch
- Experience using AI tools for content and SEO workflows
- Experience working in fast-growth startup environments
