Key Responsibilities:-
Learning Needs Assessment:
- Evaluate current and future capability requirements by conducting competency and skills gap assessments across GCC functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and functional heads to identify priority learning requirements and translate them into targeted development initiatives.
- Align learning strategies with organizational objectives, workforce capability needs, and business priorities.
Learning Strategy, Design & Development:
- Design, develop, and implement learning solutions that support both organizational objectives and individual career development.
- Build structured learning pathways and competency-based curricula aligned with business goals and role requirements.
- Develop engaging learning experiences using diverse instructional approaches, including blended learning, microlearning, gamification, and digital learning solutions.
- Create and customize training resources such as facilitator guides, participant manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments, and other learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, practical, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
- Coordinate all learning program logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, participant communication, and training resources.
- Establish measurable learning objectives and success metrics for every learning initiative.
Learning Delivery & Facilitation:
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual learning sessions through workshops, classroom training, webinars, demonstrations, conferences, and interactive discussions.
- Tailor training content and facilitation techniques to accommodate varying levels of experience, technical expertise, and learning preferences.
- Modify delivery methods based on participant feedback and engagement to maximize learning effectiveness.
- Provide post-training coaching and guidance to reinforce learning and encourage practical application in the workplace.
- Conduct refresher and reinforcement programs to sustain knowledge retention and continuous skill development.
Learning Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement:
- Measure the impact of learning interventions through evaluations, surveys, assessments, observations, interviews, and participant feedback.
- Analyze learning outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance program quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
- Continuously review and update learning content and methodologies to ensure alignment with changing business needs and industry best practices.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Manage and administer the organization's Learning Management System to support effective learning delivery and user engagement.
- Upload, organize, and maintain learning content while ensuring accurate learner records and training history.
- Monitor LMS performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform remains current and fully functional.
- Configure and enhance the LMS interface to improve accessibility, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Ensure learning resources are well-structured, current, and readily available to all employees.
- Track learner progress, course completion, certifications, and assessment results through the LMS.
- Generate training dashboards and reports on participation, completion rates, learning effectiveness, and compliance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Regularly review, update, and archive learning content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Learning Vendor & Partner Management:
- Identify, assess, and onboard external learning providers that support the organization's capability-building objectives.
- Conduct vendor evaluations to ensure quality, expertise, and alignment with business requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with training vendors, consultants, and learning solution providers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels.
- Review partner effectiveness through learner feedback, program outcomes, and performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
