Saral Standouts Ltd. is looking for experienced Freight Brokers who can manage shipper relationships, negotiate competitive freight rates, and drive revenue growth in the US logistics market. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset and hands-on experience in freight brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with shippers and clients in the US market
- Source freight and negotiate rates with carriers
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Handle load booking, tracking, and issue resolution
- Maintain strong communication with carriers and customers
- Maximize profit margins through effective negotiation
- Manage multiple loads and ensure operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in freight brokerage / US logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of lanes, market rates, and carrier networks
