Key Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer requirements.
- Draft and respond to emails in basic English.
- Update data and maintain records using MS Office and computer software.
- Perform general office administration and coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of work experience in an office or customer support role.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
- Fair understanding of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday Holiday
