About the Role
Crossland 365 is seeking dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused professionals for the position of Immigration Consultant (Sales). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing immigration guidance, generating sales, and assisting clients throughout the visa and immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding immigration and visa services.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs.
- Explain company services, process timelines, and requirements to prospective clients.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face consultations with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
Pay: ₹13,223.17 - ₹40,000.00 per month
