We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating high-quality leads, and managing client relationships to support company expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, especially Upwork
- Handle end-to-end lead generation, bidding, and client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation
- Excellent communication and writing skills (verbal & written)
- Proven experience in lead generation through Upwork or similar platforms
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for business growth and achieving targets
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
