Balsam Academy is seeking a passionate and dynamic Performing Arts Teacher to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging performing arts classes in line with CBSE curriculum
- Teach and guide students in music, dance, drama, and other performing art forms
- Organize performances, school events, workshops, and inter-school competitions
- Identify and nurture student talent while promoting creativity and self-expression
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and assess student progress regularly
- Collaborate with co-scholastic staff, school leadership, and parents to support holistic student development
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Performing Arts or related field
- Prior teaching experience in schools preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Passion for fostering creativity and overall student development
