JKDS is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Interior Designer/Architect who can independently handle projects from concept to completion. The candidate should possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings including layout plans, working drawings, furniture details, electrical drawings, and execution drawings.
- Develop accurate 3D models and produce high-quality photorealistic renders.
- Prepare design concepts, material selections, and presentation drawings.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure work is carried out as per drawings and design intent.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design and execution issues on site.
- Ensure quality control, timely execution, and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and update drawings as required during execution.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of construction detailing and interior materials.
- Ability to prepare BOQs and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Working Hours
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office only (No Work From Home)
