What will you do:
As a Director, Service Delivery Management, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of technology solutions and services, working with business partners, internal delivery teams, and supporting functions to ensure an appropriate level of service and consistent delivery execution.
This role serves as a central point of coordination across PFI India teams, driving consistent delivery outcomes, establishing governance practices, and maintaining alignment across roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans. The role also provides direct administrative leadership for Tech Leads and Product Owners across aligned teams, encompassing workforce planning, capacity management, performance alignment, onboarding, development, and overall team effectiveness.
In addition, this role is accountable for establishing and maintaining delivery standards, supporting financial and resource forecasting, and ensuring adherence to enterprise policies. The role plays a key part in portfolio reporting, roadmap planning, and executive communications, ensuring transparency into delivery progress, risks, and business impact.

Delivery & Service Management

Responsible for the delivery and management of technology solutions and services, ensuring alignment to business priorities and expected outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to drive consistent, predictable delivery execution aligned to roadmaps.
Administrative Leadership (Tech Leads & Product Owners)

Provide direct administrative leadership for Tech Leads and Product Owners across aligned teams, including strategy, delivery, workforce planning, capacity and demand management, and performance alignment.

Oversee onboarding, development, and team effectiveness to ensure strong engagement and alignment within PFI India.
Portfolio Reporting, Roadmaps & Communications

Own and coordinate portfolio-level reporting, including delivery status, risks, dependencies, key performance indicators, and roadmap alignment.
- Deliver clear, concise, and actionable communications to senior leadership regarding delivery progress, risks, and business impact.
Governance & Operational Oversight

Establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure visibility, accountability, and disciplined delivery execution.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, policies, and audit requirements.
Financial & Resource Management

Support financial forecasting related to technology delivery, including resource demand, capacity planning, and expense management.
- Partner with leadership to optimize resource allocation and improve delivery efficiency.
Issue Management & Escalation

Act as an escalation point for delivery issues, risks, and service impacts.

Coordinate resolution efforts and ensure appropriate communication of impacts to business and technology leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Team Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery outcomes meet business needs and strategic objectives.
- Serve as a key liaison between PFI India teams and global partners, ensuring strong alignment and communication.
Continuous Improvement & Capability Building

Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, and team effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of best practices and promote consistency across teams.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and strengthening of PFI India delivery capabilities.
What you will bring:

12+ years of experience leading technology delivery in a global matrixed environment.
- Experience driving delivery consistency, governance, and operational discipline across multiple teams and priorities.
- Proven ability to provide administrative leadership, including workforce planning, capacity and demand management, and team effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management practices, including reporting, roadmap alignment, and management of risks and dependencies.
- Strong working knowledge of modern technology and engineering practices, including AI/ML and data domains, with the ability to actively engage, challenge assumptions, and guide aligned delivery decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable updates to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate multiple variables, and drive informed decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on execution, accuracy, and accountability.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across business and technology stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
