We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Graphic Designer to join our growing Bath & Care brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and digital marketing creatives, with the ability to create visually engaging designs that drive customer engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, websites, marketplaces, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Create static posts, banners, carousels, brochures, product creatives, packaging mockups, and promotional materials.
- Develop high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Design creatives for festive campaigns, product launches, offers, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, performance, and video teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Create visually appealing product listing creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
- Understand target audience behavior and create creatives aligned with customer preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, beauty industry aesthetics, and competitor activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives.
- Optimize creatives based on campaign performance and marketing insights.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign concepts and branding ideas.
- Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Support the team with basic video thumbnails, GIFs, reels covers, and motion graphic requirements when needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, branding, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in creating social media creatives and performance marketing ad creatives.
- Understanding of D2C, beauty, skincare, wellness, or personal care brand aesthetics is highly preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand marketing objectives and translate them into compelling visual communication.
- Knowledge of UI aesthetics and modern digital design trends will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Prior experience in D2C or e-commerce brands will be preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, and ad campaign work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
